Cost: $595 per Quarter
Level 2 Support, Maintenance and Updates
Includes:
• UP TO FIVE HOURS QUARTERLY of website support, maintenance and updates. Routine maintenance and content updates are scheduled once per Quarter.
• TEXT & PHOTOS UPDATES: Content updates must be submitted prior to the end of the last month in the quarter to be completed with the next quarter’s scheduled maintenance
• 24 HOUR WINDOW SUPPORT RESPONSE SCHEDULE
Submission of support ticket goes directly to Creative Services Support and Maintenance desk and will be scheduled within 1 business day (24 hours)

• ANNUAL Contract. Card will be charged between the first and fifth of each month
