The Marketing Dashboard is a Creative Services website for the sale of marketing and interactive services. By using this website, you consent to the practices described in this statement.

This Statement of Policies, Terms and Conditions below applies to all websites owned by Hats Off Creative Service, Inc. and its divisions – Creative Services, Big Head Web Host and Smart Alertz Seurity.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product listed in the Marketing Dashboard website is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, description error or pricing error, Creative Services has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for erroneous product. We may refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Creative Services will immediately issue a credit to your credit card.


This website may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation with Creative Services does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Creative Services reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason with full refund.

Refunds & Cancellations

Projects ordered with Creative Services are offered with full client satisfaction. We pledge to complete every project per the specifications ordered -- and will work diligently to ensure a maximum client experience. We make every effort to start a project from the day the order arrives.  We do not give refunds after 45 days of order placement on projects that were never started either by the customer, the dealer or the dealer's customer, but will fully honor the cancellation and credit your account for the amount paid. While unusual, some projects may run over in timelines due to coding complexity or unforeseen circumstances such as browser issues, refunds will not be given due to extended timelines.

Projects being worked on either in design, copy or web development, (not on hold or paused more than 45 days) may be cancelled by contacting Creative Services. Refunds or credit on account will be honored on remaining scope of work not completed.

Warranty Work for Interactive Projects

Creative Services strives to code all interactive tools, software and websites with the highest of web standards.  Upon acceptance by the customer, we guarantee and warranty for a period of 90 days that the work will be free of coding errors and defects in workmanship and will conform to the specifications in the original scope of work agreed upon and purchased.  If programming errors or other defects occur within this warranty period, we will promptly remedy.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Problems resulting from customer actions such as adding new interactive features, plug-ins or mistakes made in the content management system.
  2. Problems resulting from malware injections or entry by hackers.
  3. Problems resulting from out-of-date software on the website.

While we will assist with these problems, they are not covered as part of the warranty and a fee will be charged for repairs/maintenance.

Acceptance of Credit Cards


Creative Services accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order.

PCI Compliance



Hats Off Creative Services is committed to protecting consumer credit card data in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Our alignment with this standard is reflected in the people, technologies and processes we employ.

We maintain PCI Compliance and pass rigorous testing annually to ensure our security standards are up to date for accepting credit and debit cards.  We conduct regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests in accordance with the PCI DSS requirements for our business model. We attest to our PCI compliance annually, and our most recent self-attestation was completed on July 9, 2021, and expires July 9, 2022.

We keep our systems secure so that you can trust us when ordering with sensitive payment card information. We know that by staying PCI compliant, we are part of the solution – a united, global response to fighting payment card data compromise.

Privacy Policy


When applicable, Creative Services shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Stalled Projects

Creative Services makes every effort to complete a project on time every time. Because we depend on the Center and their client to keep it on track for completion, the project will be considered to be Stalled after 120 days if there is no response from the Center or their client. At that time, the project will be placed on hold in archives. To reinstate the project after 120 days with no activity, there will be a restart fee of $150. This fee is for the time required to reassign the creative team and to recover and review files . We cannot guarantee that the same team will complete the project that started it prior to the stall.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with your order to Creative Services. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Changes to this Policy

Creative Services will occasionally update this Statement of Policies, Terms and Conditions to reflect company change and customer feedback. Creative Services encourages you to periodically review this Statement to stay informed.
